Last updated April 11, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rocket Jobs, including our website at rocketjobs.ai, related materials, purchased access, onboarding, and support.

By using Rocket Jobs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Eligibility And Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Rocket Jobs. You may use the services only in compliance with applicable law, third-party terms, and these terms.

You may not use Rocket Jobs to:

  • break the law or violate the rights of others
  • submit false, misleading, discriminatory, or deceptive job application materials
  • bypass security controls, abuse job boards, or scrape systems without authorization
  • transmit malware, spam, or harmful automated traffic
  • use the service in a way that could damage Rocket Jobs or other users

2. Description Of The Service

Rocket Jobs is a local-first AI job-search and application automation product. It is designed to help users search job boards and career sites, generate or tailor application materials, and apply using user-defined rules and approvals.

Rocket Jobs is not a recruiter, employer, staffing agency, law firm, or career-placement service. We do not guarantee interviews, responses, offers, or any particular hiring outcome.

3. Purchases, Access, And Support

Unless we expressly state otherwise at the time of purchase, Rocket Jobs is offered as a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription.

A purchase may include access keys, setup instructions, onboarding help, updates, or other deliverables described at the time of sale. You are responsible for maintaining any compatible hardware, software, third-party accounts, model access, or API credentials required for your intended use.

Prices, taxes, delivery details, and any refund terms will be communicated at or before purchase.

4. AI Disclaimer And User Responsibility

Rocket Jobs may rely on AI-generated suggestions, text, classifications, and workflow decisions. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, or biased, including through hallucinations.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content or automated actions before they are used, sent, or submitted. That includes resumes, cover letters, application answers, emails, filters, and submission behavior.

You are also responsible for ensuring your use of Rocket Jobs complies with employer requirements, job board terms, immigration and employment rules, anti-discrimination laws, and any other applicable legal or contractual obligations.

5. Third-Party Services

Rocket Jobs may depend on or interact with third-party tools and services, including AI model providers, coding agents, email providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and job boards. Those third parties have their own terms, privacy practices, uptime commitments, and restrictions.

We are not responsible for third-party services or for any loss caused by their outages, policy changes, model behavior, or account restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

Rocket Jobs, our website, branding, and related content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal personal or business job search activities.

You retain ownership of materials you provide to us. If you send us content for support, onboarding, or troubleshooting, you grant us a limited license to use that content only as needed to provide the requested services.

7. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create security risk, or use Rocket Jobs in a way that could expose us or others to harm or liability.

8. Disclaimers

Rocket Jobs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Jobs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for Rocket Jobs in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law And Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to that venue and jurisdiction.

11. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date at the top. Your continued use of Rocket Jobs after the updated terms become effective means you accept the changes.
